Two founders. One missing ecosystem.
eHive began with a frustration its founders kept meeting in their own work: starting and growing a business in the region meant piecing together your own ecosystem — a formation agent here, a strategy firm there, and a community nowhere to be found. Every founder they met was quietly assembling the same puzzle, alone, from scratch.
Shaheen brought the product, brand and consulting craft — the thinking layer. Jamad brought operations and infrastructure — the layer that makes promises deliverable. What they built together is what they could never find: one ecosystem where a founder can set up properly, think clearly, and grow in company.
The result is eHive — three pillars, Business Setup, Consulting, and the eHive Circle community, engineered as one system. So that no founder has to assemble it alone ever again.
